No Sleeps!!!

YAY!! The day has FINALLY arrived! We will be boarding our plane this afternoon at about 5pm! I am sooo excited, but not nervous at all really (everybody keeps asking me if I am...).

I have finished packing my big bag (just on 20 kg - cutting it close!) and now am organising my carry-on stuff, which seems to be multiplying. Anyway, i hope everyone in Australia and out has an awesome holiday, and i'll see you all when I get back (unless you are coming to the airport - mmm, cake!)

4 Sleeps!

With exams finally over, time to start packing! Can't believe we leave in 4 days - I am so excited! Have heard from Anna - who arrived safely and happily in Germany, the girls have arrived in France and we are waiting on news from the guys in China!

Today we are going into town to find some gifts for our host familes... hopefully we will find something 'tres agreable'. Must go - will post just before we leave hopefully - and maybe at Singapore airport (Apparently they have free internet!).

Getting Closer...

We are in single digits now - only 9 sleeps until France!!

Today we saw Anna off at the airport, it was un peu (a little) sad, but she will have the time of her life!

Tomorrow Issy, Cynthia and Lauren leave, and then Sarah and the China gang leave on Friday, so our departure is approaching!

Haven't started packing - which Mum thinks is a problem - but just gotta get these exams over with first...

First Post Ever!!

So... what does everyone think?? I know the name isn't very original - but it's french! So... leaving in exactly 14 days - so excited! Can't wait until exams are over!

The plan is for me to post up here every few days, rather than emailing the same thing to a jillion people - not sure how long it will last, but it's worth a try!
